Base Application Fees
  • $500 - Conditional Use Permit
  • $100 - Site Plan Review / Limited Asphalt or Concrete Plant (Staff Only)
  • $200 - Site Plan Review (Staff and the Planning Commission)
  • Rezoning Application
    • $750 - Planned Development District
    • $400 - All Other Zoning Districts
  • Subdivision Application
    • $100 - Boundary Line Adjustment
    • $100 - Lot Split / Parcel Split
    • $50 - Merger
    • $300 - Small Subdivision (four lots or less) - $300
    • $400 - Preliminary Plat
      • There is an additional $25 per lot for subdivisions over four lots
    • $200 - Final Plat
    • $300 - Re-plat / Vacation of Plat / Reversion to Acreage
    • $100 - Rule Exception
  • Board of Zoning Appeals Applications
    • $300 - Variance / Exception
    • $100 - Appeal
  • Miscellaneous Applications (Floodplain Development Permit, LOMA Review, Airport Overlay District Development Permit, Sign Permit, Temporary Residence or Office, Hardship Mobile Home, Manufactured Home, Nonconforming Expansion, Application, Extension Request, Etc.)

Notification Fees
  • $20 - All Applications Requiring Newspaper Notification
  • All Applications Requiring Notification to surrounding Property Owners = Number of Mailings x the Postage Rate (calculated at time of application)
Publication Fees
  • $250 - Conditional Use Permit / Planning and Development Rezoning Application
  • $200 - Standard Rezoning Application

Refund Policy
  • Application Withdrawn prior to Notification - 90% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fees
  • Application Withdrawn after Notification but prior to Planning Commission Meeting - 50% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fees
  • Application Withdrawn after Planning Commission Meeting - 0% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fee
