serves as the administrative arm of Miami County Government. The
Office of the County Administrator, plays a key roll in:
- Strategic
planning for Miami County organization
- Ensuring
and valuing excellence in public service
- Fostering
partnerships with our citizens and community leaders
- Preparing
Miami County's annual budget
- Executing
all resolutions, orders, and policies of the elected Board
of County Commissioners
- Coordinating
and administering the work of departments, agencies, etc. under
the direct jurisdiction or fiscal control of the Board
of County Commissioners
- Serves as
liaison between the citizens of Miami County and the Board
of County Commissioners
