Building Codes
Services is responsible for administering regulations adopted by
Miami County as the minimum standards for construction of new buildings,
additions, remodeling or repair, and/or change of use for existing
buildings. Upon receipt of a building permit application, a review
of the plans for most proposed buildings is required before a permit
can be issued and construction is started.
Building Codes
Services is responsible for enforcement of the Zoning, Nuisance
and Dilapidated Buildings regulations.
Miami County
