County has a comprehensive inspection program and performs inspections
on up to 15 different disciplines on a typical single family dwelling.
A full list of required inspections is given to permit applicants
with their building permit.
It is the responsibility of the person who is listed
on the permit to request inspections when the work is ready.
Most inspections should be requested at least one
day ahead of the day of the inspection. Inspections for footings
and foundation walls will be accepted up to 8:30a.m. on the same
day an inspection will be performed.
