for 39 years, Commissioner Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Kansas
State University. Commissioner Godfrey served on the USD 368 School
Board for 12 years, and is on Rural Water Board # 2 of Miami County
for 9 years. "Doc" and his wife Connie have three grown
children.
