COVID-19 Vaccines are available by appointment only on Mondays from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM- COVID-19 vaccines being offered: Moderna and Pfizier-BioNTech/COMIRNATY (Availability of vaccines are subject to supply.)
Tuesday
Appointments are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PMServices available on these days:
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Blood sugar
- General counseling
- Hemoglobin
- Immunizations
- Injections (must have a doctor’s order)
- TB testing
- Urinalysis
Wednesday
- Flu Vaccine Clinic
- Women's Health Care
- TB Testing
Thursday
Services available on these days:
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Blood sugar
- General counseling
- Hemoglobin
- Immunizations
- Injections (must have a doctor’s order)
