Open Records
All records in this office are open to the public with the exception of the Kansas Real Estate Sales Validation Questionnaire (SVQ) and military discharges, closed by State statute. Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records:   K.S.A. 45-230 states in part, (a) No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to person listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained in or derived from public records.
