About the Lake Region Solid Waste Authority

Committees are established by the authority to not only develop, write, review annually, and conduct public hearings for a management plan that addresses solid waste handling for the six counties, but to also advise on education, recycling, composting, special waste, and collection / transportation / disposal within the six counties.
